FABIAN WILLIAM

Coach Fabian William is a veteran in the world of endurance sports and coaching, having founded FWCC Pte Ltd in 2010. Drawing on his experience training the Commando’s Army Half Marathon teams during his military service, he brings unparalleled dedication and expertise to every athlete he works with.

As a distinguished athlete, Coach Fabian made his mark by winning and setting a new Singapore Ultra-marathon record at the 2008 Adidas Sundown Ultra-Marathon. His competitive spirit is further evidenced by his impressive feats: completing the Ironman in Busselton, Western Australia in 2012, being the top Singaporean finisher at the 2009 Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Half Marathon, and excelling in the 2006 Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon.

In his coaching career, Coach Fabian holds certifications from esteemed organisations such as the Australian Track & Field Coaches Association (ATFCA) and the International Triathlon Union (ITU). He is also a qualified lecturer for the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Level 2 Coaching Course and an IAAF Technical Official. His expertise spans multiple disciplines, with notable success developing athletes in athletics, triathlon, and adventure racing.

Most recently, he has coached record-holding athletes at the youth level, further cementing his reputation for nurturing talent across all age groups. By blending a wealth of knowledge and experience from working with athletes in diverse disciplines, Coach Fabian has made a name for himself as a coach dedicated to excellence. His leadership of the highly successful adventure racing team, Team RedsXtreme, underscores his multifaceted coaching abilities and his unwavering commitment to helping athletes reach their full potential.
