Coach Kabilan embarked on his coaching journey with FWCC in 2012, driven by an insatiable passion for sports and a commitment to uplifting others. Armed with a Degree in Sports & Exercise Science from the University of Essex, he was also the youngest IAAF‐certified coach upon completing his CECS Level 1 in 2014. His formative years were marked by adversity—dedicating himself to rigorous training for his school’s cross-country team despite being severely underweight. This struggle ignited a personal transformation that reshaped his body, mindset, and ultimately, his future in coaching.

Today, Coach Kabilan brings a blend of technical expertise and infectious enthusiasm to every training session. A former cross-country runner himself, he understands the rigours of athletic development and the importance of a fun, engaging approach. His sessions are not merely about physical training; they’re designed to inspire young athletes to discover their hidden potential.

Beyond his track achievements, Kabilan has demonstrated an extraordinary work ethic, branching out into diverse arenas such as national and international beauty pageants, where his discipline and poise have earned him accolades like 3rd runner-up in Manhunt Singapore 2024 and the title of Winner at Supermodel Universe 2024.

Integral to his journey is the mentorship he receives from Coach Fabian, whose constant guidance has enriched his coaching style and business acumen.
